Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the specific promotional terms. Players are advised to review the wagering requirement of any bonus before accepting it.
Lucky365 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, the use of wagering strategies that hedge bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, collusion between players to exploit promotional offers, and the use of automated bots or scripts. Lucky365 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Players who deposit via a supported cryptocurrency may be eligible for a 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying transaction. Lucky365 reserves the right to decline, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only accepted and settled in accordance with the rules published on the Platform for each respective game or betting market. All bets are final once confirmed on the Platform.
In the event of a manifest error, typographical error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect price, odds, or game outcome being displayed or credited, Lucky365 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Players involved. Lucky365 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical faults beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
